Shipping Policy

In an effort to charge a fair price for shipping to everyone, we have implemented the following shipping policy.  If you have any questions, please contact us at (920) 830-0051.
 
  • You do not pay any extra packaging or handling fees.
  • You pay only the actual shipping costs.
  • We package and nest baskets so we are able to use the smallest carton to ship your baskets.
  • We strive to ship your baskets using the most reasonably priced carrier.
  • USPS has raised their rates and added additional charges for larger boxes being shipped Priority Mail.
  • UPS has become our shipping choice for medium and large cartons.
  • The shipping charges will appear as the second charge on your charge card bill because we run through the exact amount when we return from shipping your order.
  • We regularly compare postage rates as rates vary depending on the size and weight of the carton and its shipping destination.

We guarantee the quality of our baskets.  If you wish to return your baskets, please return to us within 14 days after receipt.  After examining the baskets, we will repair the defect and assess a reasonable cost OR refund the purchase price, provided the basket is in the same condition as when shipped.
