We guarantee the quality of our baskets. If you wish to return your baskets, please return to us within 14 days after receipt. After examining the baskets, we will repair the defect and assess a reasonable cost OR refund the purchase price, provided the basket is in the same condition as when shipped.
We require a down payment of half the amount of your order which is charged at the time you confirm your order with us. We will charge the second half of the amount of your order to your charge card at the time of shipping.
If we have ordered items (bases, handles, dyed reed, etc.) for your baskets and/or have begun weaving your baskets, you will forfeit the down payment at the time of cancellation of your order. |
